Contestants will compete in three areas of competition: Interview, Fashion, and Evening Gown.

A sitting 5 minute panel interview based on your resume submitted to the judges focusing on community/school involvement, community service, achievements, leadership, and personal platform/cause/charity you support.  The first 30-45 seconds of your interview will be when each contestant will give the judges their platform statement.  Platform statements will be each contestant's opportunity to tell the judges about their personal platform.

The interview portion is to get to know each contestant and develop interview skills for the future.  Judges will ask questions based on your resume sheet submitted prior to Nationals.

No political, religious, or current events will be asked.

Show off your individual sense of style and rock the runway in this upbeat phase of competition.  High-low, cocktail, romper, jumpsuit, etc.  Denim jeans and casual wear is not permitted.

The most elegant phase of competition.  A floor length gown of your choice that is age appropriate for your division.
